FAQs

MAVRK Studio does not save credit card information via payment processing. We use Stripe, which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

The set-up fee will be billed upon choosing the membership plan and submitting your payment method. The monthly services are billed at the end of every month.

Please understand that our team and resources have been dedicated to your account to ensure the best experience possible. If you must cancel your contract early (i.e.quarterly or annual contract), we respectfully request a notice.
